DoorEntryOnline Ltd accept all major credit and debit cards for all UK and certain EU orders online via our website. We also accept cheque and BACS payments
We use SagePay and PayPal for all online payment transactions
Certain EU and non EU Countries are required to pay via BACS upon receipt of pro-forma invoice
Sorry, but we do not accept AMEX transactions
Delivery:
Delivery of all items are made by DPD. All items are dispatched using "Next Day" service within 1 - 2 business days Monday to Friday subject to stock availability and charged at £8.95 + VAT for Mainland UK only

We can dispatch our products to all EU Countries as well as the rest of the world from £16.88 (Up to a total weight of 25kg per box)

In the event of an item being out of stock we will email you with an estimated time of delivery offering the choice to back order this for you or cancel your order
All UK orders are charged at the current VAT rate of 20% for the UK
All EU orders are charged at the current VAT rate of 20% for the UK unless a VAT exemption number is provided. The facility to issue your VAT number will be available towards the end of the payment process
Relevant EU and non EU areas are charged at 0%

DoorEntryOnline Ltd are P.C.I registered. Payment is administered by our payment providers; SagePay or PayPal for all online payment transactions via TLS 256 bit key encryption. DoorEntryOnline Ltd do not store, cannot view or access any credit card details whatsoever

Your name, invoice address, delivery address, email and phone number collected by www.doorentryonline.co.uk (DoorEntryOnline Ltd) during the payment process is used for the sole purpose to fulfil customer orders which will include invoicing, the delivery process via our couriers and communication between DoorEntryOnline Ltd and the customer
This data is not sold, shared or passed on to any third party for the purpose of unsolicited postal, email, text or telephone marketing. DoorEntryOnline Ltd do not send any postal or email marketing unless specifically requested by the customer
Data will only be shared as required by law and limited to our couriers (DPD Group) and payment providers (SagePay and PayPal) in order to complete customer purchase requirements
Website Account:
Creating a Website Account with us is optional and does not enrol customers to automated and/or unsolicited postal, email, text or telephone marketing. A Website Account with us allows regular customers to no longer enter their invoice and delivery address details
Email Contact Form:
Our online contact form requires the customer to enter their name, email address, subject and message. Such information is required for the sole purpose of communication between DoorEntryOnline Ltd and the customer
General Security:
Data Storage:
All data held by DoorEntryOnline Ltd which includes your name, invoice address, delivery address, email and phone number is stored on an external encrypted Hard Drive and kept for the minimum time as required by law

Returns:
If you wish to return or cancel an order: Your consumer rights to cancel or return your order:
As a consumer (End User) you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the date of receiving your order for a full refund of the item/s cost excluding our delivery cost and your return postage cost
Under the Distance Selling Regulations for consumers (End Users) you are required to inform us by email or letter of your intention to return the item/s within this 7 day period
The item/s must be returned with all fixings, original packing and any supplied paperwork, manuals or instruction booklets. The item/s must be in re-saleable and perfect condition for us to issue a full refund
Any item/s returned to us that is not in a re-saleable perfect condition will not be refunded in full. We cannot accept any item/s that are scratched, scuffed or have any parts missing. Charges will be made for any missing or damaged item/s found
The purchaser is required to return the item/s to us at their own expense

Your Business rights to cancel or return your order:
As a Business customer you have the right to cancel your order, however, you do not have the same rights as a consumer

Faulty item/s: (Consumers and Business customers)
In the event of the item/s deemed as faulty please email us immediately with the order number detailing the item/s fault
Please do not send the item/s back without emailing us first
Whilst faults do occur, it is more often than not that incorrect or short circuiting of wiring or heavy handling of connections of the cabling and/or connections, in-experience or non-understanding of the instructions are the main cause/s for the need to return item/s that were dispatched in perfect working order
Any item/s deemed as faulty are required to be sent back to us at the purchasers expense for repair or replacement if required
If the returned item/s is found to be operational upon our tests, a report will be emailed to you together with a test/repair charge of £25.00 + VAT. A re-delivery charge will also be added
DoorEntryOnline Ltd will not be liable in any way for the loss of earnings, production or labour time or any other associated costs resulting from the installation of our products or in-experience of the installer
Replacement of faulty items:
DoorEntryOnline Ltd do not send out advanced replacement items under any circumstances whatsoever, no matter how urgent it maybe. If you require a replacement item/s then you are requested to purchase it via our website in the first instance and we will refund you subject to our Refunds/Returns Policy
Acceptance of receipt of any returned item/s by DoorEntryOnline Ltd is made by signature only for larger items, smaller items can be returned by normal post
Any item/s returned as "Faulty" will be tested and if it is found to be faulty as a result of poor workmanship a new item will be sent to you without question
Refunds:
All refunds are made within 30 days to your original credit or debit card for the full amount of the item/s cost only providing that the item/s is returned in perfect condition (This will not include delivery cost or your return cost)
Any item/s returned that is damaged or have parts missing will not be refunded in full

Warranty:
All item/s purchased are supplied with a manufacturers standard 12 month warranty in addition to DoorEntryOnline Ltd ensuring that goods are supplied free of dirt, damaged materials or defective workmanship. Warranty will not cover any goods found to be misused, forcibly damaged or due to 'Mother Nature'
