If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days from the date you received the item without question
The item must be returned with any seals and shrink-wrap intact, (in particular with video monitors please do not remove the protective screen cover) fixings and any supplied paperwork, manuals or instruction booklets must be in perfect condition and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item including delivery cost on condition of the above 7 day notice period and item condition only
Any item not returned in a re-saleable condition will not be refunded in full - manufacturers will not accept items that are scratched, scuffed or have parts missing. A % deduction will have to be made for items missing
Delivery refunds are for domestic customers only and not trade companies
Credit/refund is NOT made under circumstances for items older than 90 days, a minimum 10% handling charge for all goods returned for credit will be at our discretion for all customers
Full refunds will not be made if: Full refunds will NOT be issued if the item is not returned in a re-saleable condition or if you ordered incorrectly
A re-stocking charge of 10% of the net order amount + VAT (less delivery charge) may be charged for any goods returned for credit/refund after a period of 7 days not deemed to be faulty or if the wrong item was ordered in error in addition to items ordered which are no longer required
Items returned using standard Royal Mail is at your own risk and Doorentryonline Ltd hold no responsibility whatsoever for loss or damage should you choose this method
Replacement/faulty items: We do not send out advanced replacement items under any circumstances whatsoever, this is due to the fact that we cannot absorb the cost of an item that is not returned to us, sadly several customers have "promised" to return items but they haven't
If you require a replacement item then you must pay for a replacement item/system in the first instance via our website, then return the item to us and we will refund you subject to our Refunds Policy as above
Acceptance of receipt of items by Doorentryonline Ltd is made by signature only Items returned as "Faulty" will be tested and if it is found to be faulty as a result of poor workmanship a new item will be sent to you without question
If the item is found to be operational upon our test, a report of our findings and photographs of the item in working operation will be emailed to you together with a repair charge of £15.50 + VAT for the testing and re-delivery of the item
The return of the item will not be sent until the repair charge is paid to us All items deemed repairable will be made in the first instance by our engineer
Doorentryonline Ltd will not be liable in any way for the loss of earnings, production or labour time or any other associated costs resulting from installation of our products -

Warranty All goods purchased are supplied with a manufacturers standard 12 month warranty in addition to Doorentryonline Ltd ensuring that goods are supplied free of dirt, damaged materials or defective workmanship. Warranty will not cover any goods found to be misused or forcibly damaged
