Delivery

We make every effort to despatch your order to you within 1-3 business days, however, we do please ask that you allow sufficient time for your installation and ask that you do not order items the day before you require them - we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries as this is out of our control once the item has left our warehouse
If there is any problem with your delivery then we will email you so do please check your email account regularly

Delivery of all goods are made by courier only - a signature is required so please ensure that someone is able to receive your order - it is always best to use a company address for this reason to avoid any re-delivery charges

All goods are despatched using "Next Day" service Monday to Friday subject to stock availability and charged at:

England, Scotland & Wales @ £7.95
Northern Ireland @ £22.00
Isle of Wight @ £15.00

"Next Day" service means the item will be sent the 'Next Day' from the date the order is accepted - for example, if an order is received and accepted on Monday, then it will be sent out Tuesday

We do not deliver on weekends under any circumstances and can no longer deliver to Jersey due to courier charges unless you want to pay for it!!

Every effort is made to ensure goods are despatched on time, however, this cannot be guaranteed by the very nature of traffic and/or road accidents. Remote areas of Scotland and the Highlands may take longer for delivery
